How returns, refunds, and exchanges work for AdSights framework products and SaaS subscriptions.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how AdSights handles returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased at www.adsights.ai. It applies to:

  • Framework storefront products — one-time purchases of the Ads Framework, Email Framework, and their skills-only bundles (digital downloads delivered via npm registry access and/or a self-contained zip).
  • AdSights SaaS subscriptions — recurring plans for the AdSights creative analytics platform (Starter, Business, Enterprise).

This policy is provided without requiring login. It is the authoritative reference for return and refund terms on our website and in Google Merchant Center. For general platform terms, see our Terms of Service.

Full-framework SKUs ship with one Merchant Center return policy (default feed label) and one crawlable policy URL (/returns). Google cannot distinguish npm registry access from zip download at the feed level. This page therefore states the policy Google will verify:

  1. 30-day returns for defective and non-defective products — guaranteed for

buyers who have not downloaded the self-contained zip (including all npm-registry-only buyers and zip buyers who have not yet downloaded).

  1. After first zip download — refunds are at our discretion except for genuine

defects, duplicate purchases, or billing errors (§3.2). This is the most restrictive path for the same SKU; MC account settings and JSON-LD describe the pre-download guarantee.

Skills-only SKUs use MerchantReturnNotPermitted in JSON-LD and the skills-discretionary feed label — matching the no-guaranteed-window row above.

If you have not downloaded the self-contained zip — whether you use only the private npm registry (GitHub Packages) or have not yet clicked the zip download — you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase for any reason, including buyer's remorse.

When we approve the refund:

  1. We revoke your npm registry grant and license access.
  2. We process the refund to your original payment method through Stripe.
  3. You must stop using the software and delete any local copies.

The zip is a fully self-contained copy of the framework. Once you download it, we cannot retract the files from your computer. For zip buyers, refunds are at our discretion:

  • Before download: We generally approve refunds within 30 days.
  • After download: Refunds are unlikely except for genuine defects, duplicate purchases, or billing errors.

We track the first zip download timestamp on your license to apply this policy consistently.

Skills-only products are delivered as a portable <code class="bg-gray-100 dark:bg-gray-800 px-2 py-1 rounded text-sm font-mono text-gray-800 dark:text-gray-200">.claude/</code> zip with no npm registry component. Because the bundle is complete the moment you download it:

  • We do not guarantee a blanket return window (structured data uses MerchantReturnNotPermitted).
  • Submit a review request to support@adsights.ai within 7 days of purchase if you bought by mistake or encountered a genuine problem. We review each request individually — approval is not guaranteed.
  • Outside 7 days, refunds are unlikely but possible for documented defects.

Fees for AdSights SaaS plans are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Terms of Service (for example, if AdSights terminates for convenience, we refund prepaid unused fees for the terminated portion).

Subscription billing disputes should be directed to support@adsights.ai within 30 days of the charge.

Email support@adsights.ai with:

  1. Your purchase email address
  2. Product name (e.g., "Ads Framework", "Email Skills Only")
  3. Order date and approximate amount
  4. Reason for the request (defective product, buyer's remorse, duplicate purchase, etc.)
  5. Delivery method used (npm registry install, zip download, or both)

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe within 5 business days of approval.

All AdSights products are digital downloads. There is no physical return shipment.

  • Return method: Contact us by email at support@adsights.ai (the digital equivalent of initiating a return).
  • Return shipping fees: None — digital goods have no return shipping cost.
  • Restocking fees: None.

We do not offer product exchanges. Digital licenses cannot be swapped like physical inventory. If you purchased the wrong SKU (e.g., Skills Only instead of the Full Framework), contact support — we may offer a partial credit or upgrade path at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

We may deny refund requests when:

  • The return window has expired (for guaranteed-window products)
  • You downloaded a self-contained zip and the request is buyer's remorse
  • You violated our Terms of Service or license restrictions
  • The request involves chargeback abuse or fraud
  • You already received a refund for the same license

Please contact us before initiating a credit-card chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues. Chargebacks on fulfilled digital licenses may result in permanent license revocation.

This policy applies to purchases made from any country where we sell. Our framework storefront currently serves buyers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union member states. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery geography details.

We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
