We built these tools for ourselves because we were tired of firing up Figma for every simple mockup. Figured other marketers might find them useful too.
Our team just launched a collection of free design generators on Product Hunt, and we wanted to share the story of how these came to exist. Spoiler: it started with frustration.
The Problem: We needed professional browser mockups for landing pages. The kind with realistic Chrome, Safari, and Firefox frames with actual content inside.
The workflow was painful:
For something we needed multiple times per week, this wasn't sustainable.
So we built our own generator. Quick, simple, browser-based. Problem solved.
Then we needed realistic chat mockups. Then social media mockups. Before we knew it, we had a whole suite of internal tools that our team used daily.
These tools saved our team hours every week. No hunting for templates. No building frames manually. No Figma. No Photoshop. Just open, customize, export.
As marketers ourselves, we were constantly frustrated by how much time professional mockups took to create. For assets we needed multiple times per week—browser mockups for landing pages, chat screenshots for case studies, social media mockups for decks—the existing workflow was a productivity killer.
