### Is this notification generator free?

Yes — completely free with no account required and no limit on how many notifications you create. Everything renders in your browser, and any app icon you upload stays on your device; nothing is uploaded to AdSights servers.

### Which notification styles does it support?

Three styles, each with accurate chrome: (1) iOS Lock Screen — the wallpaper, big clock and date, and a frosted notification card the way iOS 16/17 render it; (2) iOS Banner — the pill that slides in from the top of the screen; and (3) Android (Material) — the dark Material notification card with the app name, bullet separator, and timestamp. The status bar (clock, signal, Wi-Fi, and battery) is the same accurate component used by our chat-mockup tools.

### Can I use my own app name and icon?

Yes. Type any app name and upload a square app icon (PNG or JPG) — it renders with the correct rounded-square shape on iOS and a circular crop on Android. If you skip the upload, the tool draws a clean colored icon with your app's first letter, and you can pick the accent color.

### What can I use the notification mockups for?

They're ideal for ad creative (the "you just got a notification" hook), app-store screenshots, landing-page hero images, product demos, push-copy reviews, and social posts. They are not real system notifications — don't present a mockup as a genuine alert from a brand or app you don't represent.

### What size is the exported notification PNG?

The exported PNG captures the rendered phone preview at 2× (retina) density via html2canvas, so a typical export is roughly the preview width × 2 with the full 9:19 phone frame. You can crop to just the notification card or scale the PNG to any deck or ad spec after export.
